NVPS is now in its 12th year of existance. Membership is open to anyone age 18 or over who has an interest in photography. People who think they might like to join NVPS are welcome to attend a regular meeting at Studio II as a guest. Please be prepared to introduce yourself to the meeting and describe your interest in photography. See the Calendar to find the date of the next meeting.

The Board has determined that dues for the current year that started July 1 2010 will remain at last year's level of $42 per person. For new members joining after the start of the year, dues will be prorated on a monthly basis.

Please make checks payable to NVPS and mail to Brian Kearney, 4161 E 3rd Ave., Napa CA 94558-4012.  Alternatively bring your check to a regular club meeting at Studio II and give it to Brian, or Membership Coordinator Karen Olson, or any other Board Member. The Benefits of NVPS Membership

Members can submit images for our regular critiques, attend field trips and workshops, enter the annual exhibition to be held at Studio II, and submit work for other venues such as the Napa City Hall. They also will meet fellow photographers and will learn new skills and techniques. Finally, they will find that NVPS through its link with Studio II Gallery has created a very social organization that offers many opportunities to get together with friends to view photographs over a glass of wine.

Yahoo Group

NVPS has a Yahoo Group that all members are invited to join. Membership has to be approved by the administrator, who is also the webmaster, and who will usually respond within 24 hours. You can use this group to post technical questions, announce your latest photo exhibition, or communicate with other NVPS members on any topic relevant to photography.
